There is a consistent message coming from Rossi: there will be no commercialization or licensing of his technology until the first 1MW power plant is opened in Xanthi, Greece in October. The plant will power a factory operated by Defkalion Green Technologies, S.A., where energy catalyzers will be manufactured for the Greek and Balkan markets.
